How much does GymDesk cost?
Plans start at ৳1,000 a month (Starter plan), excluding VAT. The pricing page shows every plan, with a calculator for your number of members.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every feature is free for 30 days with no card needed. Nothing you enter during the trial is deleted when you choose a plan.
Can we use it in Bangla?
Yes. Every screen can switch between Bangla and English, and receipts and SMS can be in Bangla.
Is there a mobile app?
GymDesk works in the browser, so there is no app to install. The front desk uses a tablet or computer, and members open the member portal on their phone to see their plan, show their QR code, book classes and pay. It can also be added to the home screen like an app.
Can GymDesk send SMS to members?
Yes. Renewal reminders before the membership ends, receipts and welcome messages go out by SMS through Bangladeshi SMS gateways, in Bangla or English.
Is our data safe?
Each gym's data is kept separate and every screen checks who is asking. Passwords and PINs are stored encrypted and every important change is logged with who did it.
How long does it take to set up?
The account is ready in a minute. Common packages, PT packages and classes come pre-filled, so most of the work is changing prices and adding your members. We help you set up over the phone or a video call.
Does it work without internet?
No. GymDesk is online software, so the front desk needs an internet connection; a phone's mobile data is enough. Your data is kept on the server, so there is nothing to install or back up at the gym.
