Pricing questions
What happens after the free trial?
Choose a plan and pay to keep using GymDesk. Nothing you entered during the trial is deleted.
How do we pay?
By bKash, Nagad or bank transfer, monthly or yearly.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added to the invoice at the government rate.
What counts as a member?
A member with a running membership. Members who left or whose membership ended long ago are not counted.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We help you enter your packages and members and train the front desk at no extra cost.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move to a bigger plan when you grow or open another branch — just tell us.
Are online payment charges included?
No. bKash, Nagad and SSLCommerz charge their own fee on each online payment, from your merchant account.
What is not included in the one-time licence?
Support and updates. You can buy yearly support and updates separately when it is offered; otherwise you keep the version you bought.
