From sign-up to a busy front desk in a day
No installation and no consultant. Here is what the first weeks look like.

Sign up
Enter your gym's name and your mobile number. Your account is ready in a minute, with no card needed.

Packages come pre-filled
Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly packages, PT packages and common classes are added for you. Change prices to yours.

Add your members
Type in each member with photo and phone, pick the package and take the first payment. The member gets a QR card.

Check members in at the desk
Scan the QR card with a tablet or type the phone number. The screen shows if the membership is active, expired, frozen or has dues.

Renew and collect
The expiring list tells you who to call. Renew in two clicks, take cash, bKash or Nagad, and print the receipt.

Run trainers, classes and the shop
Trainers mark PT sessions, members book classes, and the supplement counter keeps the stock right.

Members pay online
Members open the portal on their phone, see their dues and renew with bKash, Nagad or a card.

Watch the numbers
Daily collections, dues, renewals, attendance and profit for each branch, on the dashboard and in reports.
Questions we are often asked
Is our data safe?
Each gym's data is kept separate and every screen checks who is asking. Passwords and PINs are stored encrypted and every important change is logged with who did it.
Can we use it in Bangla?
Yes. Every screen can switch between Bangla and English, and receipts and SMS can be in Bangla.
Do we need a special scanner?
No. Any tablet or phone camera can scan the member's QR card in a browser that supports it. A USB barcode scanner or typing the phone number works too.
How do members pay online?
With your own bKash, Nagad or SSLCommerz merchant account, set in Settings. If you don't have one, ask us about collecting through JonakiSoft's account.
How do we pay?
Monthly or yearly by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. Try everything free for 30 days first; we only ask for payment when you decide to continue.
Will you help us set up?
Yes. We help you enter your packages and members and train the front desk over the phone or a video call.
